SPEAKER ยท BEAUTY INDUSTRY EDUCATOR

Jonelle Duvall

From stripper to State Board chair.

I danced for money, built a $3.5M beauty business, chaired the board that regulated my industry, and sold it all. And most of that money came after I stopped doing appointments and started teaching.

Now I teach beauty and wellness pros how to turn their skill into a class people pay for.

WHAT I TALK ABOUT

Topics your listeners will remember

Built it, sold it, then what?

Why selling a $3.5M business wasn't the finish line, and what I learned about building something that doesn't depend on my hands.

From the stage to the treatment room

What stripping taught me about sales, reading a room, and asking for the money, and why it made me a better business owner.

Going first

What it takes to open a business your town has never seen, and why other women followed.

Treatment room mind vs. classroom mind

Why the most skilled beauty pros rarely teach, and the mindset shift that changes how licensed pros think.

One weekend class vs. one week of clients

The real math of teaching, and how service pros can earn more without adding more appointments.
